Malnutrition – see a Natreopath or a Dietitian and have your diet evaluated. The cold is a sign of depleted iron as are the other symptoms. It is possible you are eating enough iron and not absorbing it so seeing someone trained in whole body care is key for quickest diagnosis. Good Luck!

Could be signs of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome or Menopause. By what you asked I take its not menopause. Some symptoms are fatigue, dizziness, night sweats, irritability, along with others.
