Besides the obvious things like stay in a cool environment, etc …. What are some natural ways to help are excessive sweating? UCES couple of factors that I am aware of: 1) my mother has the same condition as it 's probably genetic. 2) some of the medication I take makes problems worse, but I can not stop or change medication (took me 3 years to iron out the balance of meds). I don 't think it' s in; hyperhidrosis "because my sweat is widely, but seems to be worse on my face, hands, armpits and chest. I am literally wet impregnation after 5 minutes of being outside on a hot day, even if I 'm not that long ago. Sudo too much when I sleep. I use a ventilator at night and sleep with only one sheet (I 'm just not comfortable unless I see something covered. Need to be able to control this "naturally" because I can not change my medications and I could not that have to be outside because I am a photographer (amateur, it only 'source of income and I love the SA).

The reason for few days and if you were tested for this by doctor it does run in families you could see if you could see if you no longer sweat excessively bingo if that is an abundance of thyroid and if you should find the problem.
