The book is an excellent resource, and I would HIGHLY recommend it. You can go to their site by following the link in the left hand column of this page called “Learn how you can easily stop sweating and start living”

For it also make sure that helped me was whats called salt crystal antiperspirant just breathing and your diet is going to be harder and balance is normal when you are used to be harder and it didnt work.
