Mines in my hands aswell. Except i think mine is from over-active sweat glands (the cuase of hyperhidrosis is unknown) and I'm not to sure on which i have.Use this link for treatment/medication help: Hopefully this will help, i havent read all of them but some aren't things you can do yourself.
