    sweatying has no relation with cancer.
    but that lump should be treated it could be a benign e.g a lipoma but we should remember that most of ca breasts appear as a mass in the armpit.

    For few days if there are changes in her arm could be cyst or clogged lymph node she should get it checked out now if there are changes in her breast looking like an orange peel the doc.
