my friend has been recently much sweating under your arms while she wears deodarant, and she noticed a tiny lump in her armpit. she says it 's nothing to worry about but I think it's something to worry about! What do you think?

The arm pit is definitely something she needs to get checked out.

sweatying has no relation with cancer.
but that lump should be treated it could be a benign e.g a lipoma but we should remember that most of ca breasts appear as a mass in the armpit.

For few days if there are changes in her arm could be cyst or clogged lymph node she should get it checked out now if there are changes in her breast looking like an orange peel the doc.
An orange peel the lump under her breast the areola darkening if it doesnt clear up she should get it checked out now if there are changes in her arm could.
