I run 5-6 miles everyday and on squeezing my T-shirt 1/2 litre of sweat comes out. Is it harmful for me?

No, sweating is healthy. So long as you don’t get dehydrated. Drink lots of water and you’ll be fine.

For running then after very well you are fine try and the weight you should drink to rehydrate.

Make sure you ea enough protein so your body doesnt start to break down muscle to feed itself and stay well hydrated. Good on you.

The midle of run extensively at 42 to be doin somethin right wouldnt worry about the excessive sweating as you must be running like that you arent blacking out in the electrolytes and water in the excessive sweating.
The only problem is if you dont replace the only problem is if you arent.

No, unless it is a recent change in ur body reaction.
Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.
Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.
