I’ve heard that Secret Clinical Strength antiperspirant is very effective. A dermatologist may prescribe Botox or another treatment if you truly suffer from Hyperhidrosis.

drink lots of water, wear cool,light, but dark colored clothes (cotton) and wear deodorant

My clothes when sweat alot usually just deal with it or change my clothes when sweat alot usually just deal with it or change my clothes when sweat its wate ran extra coming out of.
