Il n’y a aucun traitement immédiat pour lui, mais il y a des traitements qui le rendent maniable. It' ; s étonnant qui votre docteur didn' ; mention de t de eux.
Pulvérisateurs chimiques/bandes de frottement (chlorure en aluminium), injections de botox pour désactiver des glandes sudorales, drogues orales (l’oxybutynin est le plus efficace jusqu’ici.).
Il y a également quelques cabinets de consultation, ETS (sympathectomy throacic endoscopique) aussi bien que l’aspiration de glande sudorale, iontophoresis, injection de phénol, entretien etc. à votre docteur au sujet de vos options.

I can appreciate your frustration.
Have you tried using an antiperspirant deoderant for your hands and feet. Thats all i can suggest.
I know they do botox injections for under the arms. Have you seen a specialist dermatologist yet they may have some new up to date treatments?
I use talcum powder when i play pool when i get sweaty palms and this works really well. Good luck.
