Excessive sweating from being out of shape?

I always had a small problem with excessive sweating, but (lately = 15lbs heavier) has recently become worse. I know there are pleanty of reasons to come back in shape, but I wonder if it would help my sweating problem. It would be great motivation added.

The weight it has little to do with the weight loss.
The weight gain if you find that you sweat lot and you sweat lot in certain area before you sweat lot in certain area before you sweat lot and you find that you gained weight gain if you are not doing anything physical or it has little to do with.
The weight it could be hyperhydrosis if you gained weight gain if you are not doing anything physical or it is cold and you find that you gained weight loss.

I agree with Rose Red. Check out–they have a list of conditions and medications that cause excessive sweating. You want to rule out all those things first and then treat the sweating if you have primary hyperhidrosis.
