I use a ventilator at night and sleep with only one sheet (I 'm just not comfortable unless I see something covered. Need to be able to control this "naturally" because I can not change my medications and I could not that have to be outside because I am a photographer (amateur, it only 'source of income and I love the SA).

How can you stop excessive underarm sweating without drugs or deodorants (which are bad for you)? This happens even it 's cold – it has nothing to do with sweat from being too hot.
